Technology Lead

We’re looking for a Tech Lead / Architect to join our team in Porto!

We enable marketers to unify their targeting by understanding consumers on their own terms using our high performance and low latency systems for online marketing. We are an international company with offices in the US, Germany, Denmark, and a development team in Portugal.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone that’d love to be responsible for:
• Driving the technical direction in projects and assure they meet scalability, robustness, quality, as well as performance requirements
• Being a leader in the initial architecture and scaffolding, getting deep into code. We’ll look to you as the senior authority in software development and delivery
• Helping the team navigate the ambiguity and change of a rapidly-growing company
• Being accountable for the technical vision and technology strategy for our software portfolio

It's awesome if you:

• Love thinking outside the box
• Have a BSc in an IT-related discipline
• Have a thirst for knowledge and how things work
• Speak and write English easily (but we’re not looking for Shakespeare)
• Have more than 8 years of experience, with 4 of those in a Tech Lead/Team Management position
• Can demonstrate experience in leading application architecture/design and microservices architecture/design
• Have a performance-oriented skillset, with demonstrable experience in developing low latency software

Leading, coaching, and training the team in Agile methodologies and mindset
Shielding teams from distractions and interference
Supporting close co-operation across all roles and functions, removing or escalating barriers to collaboration
Co-creating and managing the engineering team's OKRs

Its an added bonus if you have:

• NET and C#experience
• Service Fabric
• On-premises data center experience
