Kasper began his career as a management consultant before joining the semantic search engine company Speed of Mind as CEO. After earning his MBA at INSEAD, he joined European behavioral targeting company Wunderloop as chief product officer. In 2010, Kasper founded Semasio with former Speed of Mind colleague Thomas Rask Thomsen. Together they leveraged their shared experience to create a new paradigm in data-driven marketing: semantic behavioral targeting.
Thomas earned an MSc in computer science and mathematics. He co-founded the semantic search engine company Speed of Mind, where he worked with Kasper Skou. Based on his experience with machine learning and natural language processing -- and Kasper’s expertise in data-driven advertising -- the duo created the unique profiling and targeting paradigm that formed the foundation for Semasio.
Anna earned a degree in international marketing before working as a consultant in online media planning and later as a consultant for online technologies at the Pilot Group. She was an online marketing manager at Blume2000 New Media AG, before joining Semasio as a product manager in 2011. Anna is currently Semasio’s EMEA managing director.
Philippus earned an MSc in international management and finance from Trinity College, Dublin. Before joining Semasio as head of operations in 2017 he worked as a management consultant, advising large organizations in post-merger integration projects, international governance structures, cross-geographical collaboration, KPI frameworks, and global process optimization.
Kåre has an MA in information technology from Aarhus University in Denmark. He began his career as an interaction designer at the IT and software company KMD, before joining behavioral targeting company Wunderloop. Following the acquisition of Wunderloop by Audience Science, Kåre served as product manager for programmatic, before joining to Semasio as head of product.
Hugo holds an MSc in software engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. He started his career at ParadigmaXis where he gained extensive experience with high-load, low-latency systems across a range of industries, including financial services. In 2013, Hugo joined Semasio to lead the development team in Porto, Portugal.
